The Detecting Deception and Eliciting Responses (DDER) program provides unique training in interviewing and information elicitation techniques applicable to law enforcement, military, and intelligence professionals. Using experienced, ethnic role players and recognized expert instructors, DDER places heavy emphasis on understanding the ethnic and cultural discriminators related to counterterrorism. Students will develop enhanced skills to better recognize verbal and non-verbal indicators of deceptive behavior and increase the probability of success during the information elicitation process. DDER effectiveness has been proven by Federal law enforcement agencies and is available via classroom or web based training platforms.
